Position Description
Performs routine administrative support or technical program assistance work. Works under moderate supervision with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Major/Essential Functions
1. Will serve as direct support for the Program Director.
2. Will compose emails to EP-HEAT and Community Health Workers, as needed.
3. Is responsible for maintaining the Project Director’s calendar of events for the project.
4. Maintains and distributes monthly departmental calendar of meetings to appropriate personnel, faculty, and students.
5. Transcribes minutes for the project meetings.
6. Is responsible for scheduling the Project orientation, weekly and monthly meetings for the Project Director.
7. Maintains departmental rosters.
8. Keeps inventory of supplies for care packages.
9. Maintains files and records in area assigned.
10. Meets with supervisor on a daily or as needed basis to apprise of any major projects, overflow and any problems encountered.
11. Other duties as assigned.
