Major/Essential Functions
  • Provide routine administrative support for faculty and staff of the WLHSDM under the direct supervision of the Dean or designee
  • Incumbent will be expected to perform technical program assistance work to include coordinating travel arrangements, maintain electronic calendar for appointments, providing customer service by answering department telephones, greeting and directing guests and visitors
  • This position will also determine the type of A/V support required for events and educational activities, providing support by reserving rooms, submitting facilities and A/V equipment work orders and manage the catering for all meetings/event
  • Serve as a shopper on TechBuy for departmental purchasing needs and oversee the Property Management Inventory System by ensuring that all equipment is tagged, verified and confirmed during the annual inventory certification period
  • Manage all Unit Safety Officer duties as assigned while working closely with the Department of Safety Services
