Performs varied and complex duties in the development and management of large specialized projects and/or programs. Requires independent judgment and application of established policies and procedures. Assists in planning, coordinating and overseeing the operations and activities of the department. Works under general supervision with latitude for initiative and independent judgment

Major/Essential Functions
  • Directs the execution of WLHSDM student affairs programming to include development and implementation of Hunt SDM tutoring program
  • Strategically plan, develop, implement, maintain programs to aid in student progress, success and wellbeing
  • Assists with the management of student enrollment, registration, student immunizations, vaccine reports, and health insurance requirements
  • Assures accuracy in compilation and tracking of student affairs data
  • Directs implementation of WLHSDM Office of Student Affairs budgets, reports, leaves of absence, and troubleshooting of IT issues related to students
  • Assist in serving as a student advocate and liaison between faculty and students
  • Assist in monitoring and managing student organization activities
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor

  • Completion of Master's degree preferred

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in the area of specialization or closely related field
  • Three years of related administrative and technical experience
  • Additional job related education may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis
