Major/Essential Functions

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology or Psy.D.

  • Must be eligible for licensure in Clinical Psychology in State of Texas

Position Description:

  • Administer psychological testing, scoring and evaluation for adult or pediatric psychiatric conditions

  • Will have direct patient care responsibilities and will be expected to consult with medical professionals

  • Participates in overall teaching program for teaching and training of Residents, Fellows, and Medical Students to include presentation of lectures

  • Participates in academic research and scholarly activities in the Department of Psychiatry

  • Participates in committees and other administrative duties as assigned

  • Ensures compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations

  • Adheres to institutional and departmental policies and procedures

  • Demonstrates professionalism in accordance with the Paul L. Foster School of Medicine's Declaration of Faculty Professional Responsibility
