Position Description
Performs supervisory and coordinative work in the operation of a specific program or departmental project. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and student assistants.

Major/Essential Functions
Assist in receiving, reviewing and imaging employee documents into Xtender. Ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate prior to scanning.

Backup to batch all necessary documents associated with ePAFs to Xtender.

Assist with reviewing exported data from on-boarding through the applicant tracking system into the employee record in Xtender.
Review Records Inbox for questions and inquiries. Make deduction changes requested. Review and correct errors on ePrint reports sent to Records Inbox.

Must possess great attention to detail and the flexibility to work on various projects at any given moment. Must have the ability to generate reports and extract information as needed.

Pay Statement
Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as, the institutional pay plan. For additional information, please reference the institutional pay plan on the Human Resources webpage.

Occasional Duties
Assist in researching files and/or documents as need for HR staff and other departments.

Back-up to create and maintain NEO packets.

Will provide coverage as needed for Front Office Reception area.
Assist in reviewing that proper deduction entries are made into Banner for all new employees and changes to current employee deduction requests.

Assist in reviewing of all new hire
faculty and staff ePAFs. Troubleshoot
and provide resolution to system errors.

Conduct two SkillSoft trainings

Assist other areas in Human Resources as needed. Participate in additional projects and events headed by HR.

Required Qualifications
High school graduation plus five (5) years progressively responsible related experience; additional related education may exchange for required experience on a year for year basis.
