Position Description
Performs supervisory and coordinative work in the operation of a specific program or departmental project. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and student assistants.

Major/Essential Functions
  • Tracks and maintains inventory on all office equipment and office supplies for the clinic area. Submits work orders to maintenance for the clinic area.
  • Coordinate employee orientation and the process to submit system access for the new employees.
  • Support Department Leadership in process improvement efforts.
  • Begin process for creating a Purchase Order. Receive invoices and submit for payment.
  • Creates, prepares and maintains various office documents and mail distribution while maintaining an effective organized system.

Preferred Qualifications
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with others. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Knowledge of office practice and procedures. Good reading and writing skills; excellent typing skills; display accurate and skillful use of personal computer and assigned software such as, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Power Point and other similar software. Excellent telephone etiquette. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
