Major/Essential Functions
- Shares in responsibility for the Financial Aid Office.
- Assist in the monitoring and assuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations.
- Responsible for performing the day to day operations of the Financial Aid Office
- Counsel students/parents regarding federal, state and private student financial aid.
- Serves as initial point of contact for all students regarding questions related to Financial Aid.
- Serves as financial aid liasion to the School of Nursing.
- Responsible for assisting in the monitoring and updating of Banner with current Information.
- Ensure accurate and appropriate record keeping as required by federal, state, and institutional regulations.
- Monitor and review daily disbursements report for accuracy.
- Participate In community outreach( FAFSA Nights)
- Serve as backup SCO for VA benefits processing.
