Major/Essential Functions
- Provides technical support to end users, troubleshoots customer and user issues, and/or guides them through specific tasks and action through interaction with customer by phone or in-person.
- Responsible to complete end user ticket requests by using TTUHSC El Paso ticketing system.
- Severs as liaison between helpdesk and other IT areas by engaging the next level of support personnel when applicable.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with coursework in computer science, MIS, IT, or other related area plus one (1) year related full-time paid experience OR
- A combination of related education and/or experience to equal five (5) years.
