Position Description
Performs specialized analytical duties in the operation and maintenance of assigned area. Responsibilities include collecting, analyzing and developing data relative to area, making recommendations and assisting in implementation of projects. Work is performed under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Major/Essential Functions
  • Responsible for assisting in the preparation and submission of the annual department budget.
  • Prepare all travel arrangements for departmental personnel.
  • Responsible for the Employee Tuition Assistance Program. Provide guidance to employees and departments on the process and procedures for tuition reimbursement. Process the employee tuition assistance requests.
  • Maintain all HR funds/account for the department.
  • Responsible for all purchasing by the department of Human Resources.
  • Facilitate on going projects in the department's strategic planning initiatives.
  • Review and approve EOPS submitted on behalf of the departments to ensure proper payment and payroll codes are being utilized.
  • Develop and maintain satisfaction survey in order to meet Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) standards
  • Maintains and reviews human resources automated systems, files and records
  • Develop reports based on data mining criteria needed for human resources projects. Analyze data criteria and ensure accuracy of the data.
  • Responsible for generating and submitting the HRIS report to the State Comptrollers Office
  • Gathers information for HR based reports within Banner and forwards to appropriate reporting agency
  • Responsible for the maintenance of Joint Commission documentation of Clinical Staff and the reporting and validation of such.
  • Collaboration with other HR sections on various projects or operations
Position Specific:
  • Experience working with budgets and accounts payable.
  • Develop and analyze reporting data to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with institutional implementation projects and systems.

Pay Statement
Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as, the institutional pay plan. For additional information, please reference the institutional pay plan on the Human Resources webpage.
