Major/Essential Functions
- Manages assigned projects and designs collateral materials while working within established brand guidelines of TTUHSC El Paso and Texas Tech Physicians of El Paso.
- Performs projects using Adobe CS Suites (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and if possible, but not required, Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Acrobat) and Microsoft Office Suite. Must create and execute attractive Powerpoint presentations for executive communications, presentations, speeches.
- Works cross functionally to provide graphic design support for all areas of the Office of Institutional Advancement department; including development/alumni/special events/marketing/external communications mail outs, collateral materials. Collaborates in the creative design and media production process to effectively communicates TTUHSC El Paso mission and engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Works with the Institutional Advancement marketing team on multi-year strategic marketing campaigns.
- Manages the creative design and media production process to effectively communicate TTUHSC El Paso goals, presidential priorities, and other initiatives as directed by the Marketing Director.
- Creates and develops custom proposals, including digital and tangible pieces, in support of the Development department.
