- Leads, performs and directs the planning, development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures in accordance with local, state and federal laws, policies and regulations
- Oversees the management and effectiveness of TTUHSCEP academic business operations including accounting, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable, timely and accurate financial reporting
- Oversees and is responsible for budget guidelines and procedures, strong internal control, financial stability, fiscal solvency and maximum funding directed to support TTUHSCEP Office of Academic Affairs achievement of strategic goals
- Supervises and maintains an effective and high-quality fiscal stewardship

Occasional Duties
- Counsels the Vice President for Academic Affairs on strategic/fiscal planning and contributes to the overall direction of the organization
- Ensures Vice President for Academic Affairs and TTUHSC Office of Academic Affairs leadership are provided with a coordinated fiscal plan for effective financial administration and monitors the expenditure of funds to ensure that all operate within the approved budget(s)
- Assist Vice President for Academic Affairs in effective communication among administrators, faculty and students
- Support the creation and furtherance of an inclusive environment
- Assist and support schools in a continuous collection of data in developing school wide/targeted improvement plans that align to the intent and purposes of state and federal funds
- Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
- Six years progressively responsible management experience
- Additional education beyond Bachelor's may substitute for experience on a year for year basis
