Major/Essential Functions
  • This is a pooled position in support of the various offices within Business Affairs: Student Business Services, Accounting Services, Accounts Payable, Finance Systems Management.
  • Provide coverage of the front desk as needed: greeting and providing excellent customer service to all visitors, to include, students, staff, faculty, vendors, and parents.
  • Responsible for uploading and indexing various document types into Xtender, as defined by each office.
  • Assist with the opening and sorting of mail for the Office of Accounts Payable, and review incoming email relating to invoice payments.
  • Serve as a runner as needed for the Office Finance Systems Management to include, but not limited to, delivering inventory tags, and assisting with inventory equipment pickup and delivery.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the director in support of each office within Business Affairs.
