  • Oversees the development and execution of RFP's and Bids for TTUHSC El Paso.
  • Prepares, develops, establishes complex Institutional Purchasing Contracts.
  • Provide instruction and guidance to vendors.
  • Administer the maintenance, development and reporting of the contract, lease and purchasing databases.
  • Provide instruction, guidance and supervision to buyers.
